Thomas S. Hill

Attorney Thomas Hill (“Tommy”) was born and raised in Volusia County, Florida. Following his graduation from Father Lopez Catholic High School, Tommy attended Florida Gulf Coast University where he received a Bachelors degree in Legal Studies. Tommy, after having received his undergraduate degree, attended Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, where he graduated with honors.

While in law school, Tommy participated in the law school’s Business Law Clinic and the Mediation Clinic.  While all areas of the law are studied while pursuing a Juris Doctor, Tommy focused his elective studies on the areas of law which interest him the most, said areas include, but are not limited to; estate planning, real estate law, business law, and alternative dispute resolution.

Tommy, after having successfully completed the Florida BAR exam, began practicing as an associate attorney at one of DeLand’s most prestigious law firms (Bauer & Associates, P.A.). While practicing as an associate attorney, Tommy honed his skills and strengthened his knowledge in the areas of Landlord-Tenant Law, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Business Formation, Civil Litigation, and Contract Law. After his two year tenure as associate attorney at Bauer & Associates, P.A., opened the doors at Hill & Hill, Attorneys at Law, where Tommy’s practice consists mainly of Estate Planning, Real Estate, Landlord-Tenant Law, Civil Litigation, and Contract Law. Attorney Hill is a member of the Florida Bar Association and Volusia County Bar Association.

Tommy currently resides in New Smyrna Beach with his wife and new-born son. Outside of the office he enjoys racing dirt bikes, competing in triathlons, and spending time with his family. Tommy has remained, throughout his life, active in his family’s business, primarily as an investor, investing in real estate. Tommy enjoys meeting with each and every one of his clients, and finds great joy in assisting them with whatever legal needs they may have.
